Tactic

Organizational Points: 
  • Defender will choose a lane to run down
  • Offence will run down both lanes, but ball will be handed off to lane without defender.
  • Offenders must call for pass (appropriate depending on which lane the defender is in).
  • Start with handoffs, build up to longer passes. 
  • Allow offence to throw passes

Extensions:
  • Increase options for offensive player (ie: running ball in lane with defender; puts pressure on offense to pass to partner). 
  • Reduce reaction time for offensive players (make quick decisions and quick passes).
  • Increase the number of defenders
